Bellagio Dec 26th

The day after Christmas we headed down to the Bellagio to see the flower display and the dancing water. Will we ever learn!! The traffic was awful getting down to the strip, parking took forever, and it was so crowded. Then we get inside and see the beautiful display and it makes the trip worth it! .

 It was a little windy and we were afraid it wouldn't be going, but music began and the water started dancing.

Christmas Eve the kids sprinkled reindeer food on the lawn.

On Christmas Eve the girls opened a present together. It was a frozen book and a BFF necklace for them.

Vegas trip

We had a fun 8 days at grandma and grandpa Otto's house in Vegas. The girls stayed busy playing at parks, feeding the rabbits, playing with toys and games, eating yummy food and goodies, watching Christmas movies, and cuddling with grandma and grandpa.

 Hayley loved the rocking chair. She just had to keep being reminded to SIT!!

Strong Christmas Party

Sunday we had our Strong Christmas party. The family enjoyed games, pinata, nativity, and a visit from Santa. We always look forward to celebrating with grandma and grandpa Strong.

Katelyn (7): loves reading, taking dance, singing in her school honors choir, loves penguins & owls

Lily (4): loves dance, playing at the park, she would watch movies all day (if her parents let her), loves monkeys

Hayley (1): loves pulling things off the shelves, kneeling and bouncing to music, favorite word “da” (daddy), digging in the toy box

Where has the year gone? I can't believe I am posting December pictures!!

 Hayley is starting to pull her legs up more. I think walking will be in her near future.

 Katelyn got a bulldog ticket in the bus line. She will be entered into a raffle.

 We made snowmen from our meatball at dinner. Very messy, but fun!!

Katelyn was invited to Kate's Christmas party. They decorated gingerbread houses and did crafts.

So You Think You Can Dance Tour Dec. 12th

Last night I surprised Katelyn with tickets to So You Think You Can Dance. She was sooo excited. We invited her friend Avery and her mom Kathy. It was a fun night for all of us. The FREE tickets included a VIP entrance and we got to watch from a suite.

 Katelyn loves to watch So You Think You Can Dance each season (and Lily too! I just knew a 4 year old wouldn't sit still.) I am glad I could surprise her. She told me,"I am soooo excited."
