Giving Thanks!!

Thanksgiving was very nice at my parents house. We left Thanksgiving day and the roads were clear all the up to Las Vegas. My grandma was there from Page. Then my Aunt and Uncle and daughter came up from Chandler. Scott's brother Steven, wife Aida, and son Wes stopped by for a day to visit. This was our first time to meet Wes. Katelyn was also a helper setting Christmas lights with Grandma. It was nice having extra hands there to watch Katelyn. My little one never gets tired of moving. Her favorite thing right now is to carry around a bag and fill it with different items. Right now it is sitting next me and has....a fake turtle shell, empty CD holder, a book, oven mitt, and spoon. These must be her special treasures.

Kristen is getting married!!

My sister Kristen is engaged!! Eric did a little scavenger hunt by her house and had roses and the ring at the end of the hunt. I got the whole thing on video!! They make a cute couple.

Pie Class

I was called to be the enrichment leader for my ward. Literally two hours later at the Women's Conference they announced that enrichment will now be called Relief Society Activities. I am still getting use to the name. My first activity was a Pie Making Class. The dough was premade by some of the committee members in the afternoon. That night a lady showed everyone how to roll the dough and make the pie. Here is my first pie. My friend Kristen from work went with me. She definitely made hers a lot cuter. As long as my peach pie tastes good I will be happy!!
