Happy Halloween!!

Hope everyone had a fun Halloween. Scott brought Katelyn to my classroom party to show off her outfit and help run a station on Friday. I figured at this age Katelyn was either going to love Halloween or be freaked out with everyone and their costumes. Luckily she enjoyed everything. Then that night we had our church Halloween party. She walked around and had fun seeing the different games. She is still too little to play anything. On Halloween we went to my Aunt Kristina's house, so she could see her costume. Then the Udall's had their neighborhood Halloween party that night. We had a fun time taking her to a couple of houses to Trick or Treat!! She also had her first ice cream cone. I blinked and it was gone. Yummm!!

Building a Fort with Daddy!!

Okay technically Scott built the fort and Katelyn watched, but she had fun playing in there. When I got home from my parent/ teacher conferences I found a fort in our living room. Scott is such a fun dad!!

CHeryse Turns 30!! September 16th

For my birthday Scott brought Katelyn to my school for lunch. Scott works nights, so this was the only time to see him on my birthday. That night Kristen took me out to eat. That weekend I had friends over for a little get together. It was a fun and relaxing birthday.

Go D-backs!!

Last year my class won the school Pasta For Pennies contest. The money goes to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. We worked extra hard to earn money because one the my students is a cancer survivor. Not expecting anything other then a great job and knowing we made a little difference the school year ended. Then at the beginning of the year the D-dacks contacted us and my class got free tickets to the September 11th game. About 14 of them and their parents came to the game. It was fun to see them and see how their new year has been going. Katelyn had a blast!! She loved the cheering, my old students, and the stadium.

Scott and I took Katelyn to feed the ducks on Monday. She thought we were there to "watch" the ducks and eat the bread herself. The ducks did get some!! She will get a hang of it.
