Valentine's Day

Katelyn and Lily designed their own Valentine boxes. Hayley had her first Valentine's Day party at preschool. For dinner Scott and I had our traditional Chinese food and movie night.

 

The girls love having me write a word to describe each of them for the month. This year I did it for the week of Valentine's Day! 

Katelyn: musical, reader, inquisitive, Harry Potter fan, creative

Lily: dancer, creative, artistic, loving, sweet tooth

Hayley: caring, helpful, happy, loves Mickey, Daddy's #1 fan

Kyle:  climber, fearless, cute, curious, active

Kyle is 13 months (January 13th)

Kyle turned 13 months on January 13th!! He gives the most adorable smiles as he figures out how to climb onto a table, press a button he is not suppose too, or pulls items out of the kitchen cabinets. When Kyle does take time to slow down I love his hugs and cuddles. He has started talking more.. uh oh, bye, ____. He also blows kisses at bed time.

 He climbed up and finished eating Hayley's lunch.

 After pulling cans out of the pantry he played with them for a good 10 minutes.

 I didn't eat Hayley's pudding!

He slowed down to cuddle in bed with Stitch.

January Fun!!

 We love hanging out with the Hatch family! Their kids are close in age to our kids.

 The first Sunday of the New Year. Also, the first Sunday with the new two hour block.

 The kids would live outside if they could!

A Day at the Park Jan 19th

The weather was perfect so we headed to the park. The girls had a picnic lunch. Katelyn and Lily brought their bikes.

 If I could just get all four of them to look at the camera....

Hayley faced her fears and walked on the moving bridge all by herself. She was so excited when she walked all the way across!

A Visit with Cousins

Kristen and Eric had the chance to go back to Rome, Italy for the Rome Temple open house. Cooper and Harper stayed with us. It was fun, busy, and chaotic at times. We enjoyed having them in our home and missed them so much when they were in Italy.

Spring Dance Class

We took a break from dance since we moved to Glendale. We decided to try a dance studio just down the street from us. The girls have always had a love for dance, so I am glad we were able to find something near by. Katelyn is taking tap, Lily is doing ballet, and Hayley is doing ballet/Jazz.

Phoenix Zoo Jan 2

While Scott was still on vacation we headed to the zoo. It was pretty overcast and chilly, but the kids had fun!

 The girls dreams came true!! We let them ride the carousal. They had a hard time picking which animal to ride.
